Orders
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping is tracked and free on all orders.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 5 business days and then shipped. Delivery times vary:
- USA and Canada: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way. If you do not receive the tracking link please contact us.

Customs fees are rare as we ship from fulfillment centers in the UK, EU, USA, Australia, and Canada. Occasionally, international orders may be subject to local customs charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

- Contact your local post office
- Ask neighbors in case it was delivered nearby
If your package is still missing, email us at support@marinaestercastaldo.com with your order number.
We can help you update your billing address and delivery address for your order if it has not yet been dispatched. To change your billing or delivery address contact us at support@marinaestercastaldo.com
If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, it is unfortunately not possible for us to change the delivery address.
Returns and exchanges
Because each print is made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please check product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering. Please remember we are a small business.
We’re so sorry for the mix-up or issue! Please email us at support@marinaestercastaldo.com within 21 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Any other helpful details
We’ll make it right as soon as possible!
If your package is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Reshipping costs will apply.
Sales and discounts
Yes! When you sign up for the newsletter, you’ll receive a 15% welcome discount. I also run occasional promotions and sales — subscribing is the best way to stay updated.
Discounts can’t be applied retroactively. Thanks for your understanding and for supporting my work as an independent artist!
I can’t apply discounts after a promotion has ended, but if you subscribed and forgot to use your welcome code, send it to me and I’ll apply the 15% if your order has not been shipped yet.
