Print Quality & Materials
Each print is produced on smooth, 200gsm museum-quality matte paper using archival pigment inks, ensuring rich, vibrant colours and long-lasting quality. All prints are fine art giclée, crafted to preserve the integrity and detail of the original artwork.
Framing
Framed prints are set in solid wood frames with a refined, satin-laminated finish and come ready to hang. Natural frames feature a high-quality oak-effect laminate. All materials are responsibly sourced from sustainable forests.
Shipping
- Unframed prints are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy mailing tubes. They are fulfilled worldwide, including Canada.
- Framed prints are securely packaged in rigid, corrugated cardboard boxes made from recycled materials and are fulfilled locally from the UK, EU, USA, and Australia (currently not available for delivery to Canada, sorry!).
We offer free worldwide shipping, with all orders dispatched within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Care Instructions
To keep your print in its best condition, avoid direct sunlight and reflected light from glass or mirrors. Display at room temperature in a dry environment, and keep away from direct heat sources such as radiators or fireplaces.

To ensure your artwork arrives promptly and safely, each piece is printed and dispatched from the nearest location, including the UK, EU, USA, Canada, and Australia.
Customs fees are very rare as we ship from fulfillment centers in the UK, EU, USA, Australia, and Canada. Occasionally, international orders may be subject to local customs charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

A minor variation of a few millimeters is perfectly normal. This is part of the standard printing “bleed,” which ensures your artwork is printed beautifully edge to edge without any unwanted borders.
When framing, we recommend allowing a little extra space rather than using a frame that fits the print too tightly. A snug fit can place pressure on the paper and may cause gentle warping over time. For the best presentation, choose a frame with a slight margin or use a mat or spacer to give the artwork room to breathe.
Each print is made to order just for you, in your chosen size, paper or canvas type, frame style and finish. Because nothing is held in stock and production begins almost immediately after you order, I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
